Unitywould have had the same thing had it had a One X patch. Origins and Odyssey have full on patches. For Unity, the Ezio Collection, and III Remastered, it is basically just an OS-level hack to override the frame rate cap. None of the games in the Ezio collection looked half as blurry or washed out as AC3 remastered does.
