Check fuse 11 and 13 and check for voltage on each side o fuse by putting one side of meter to earth and look for battery voltage. Relay 4 is ignition and R13 is starter. Unbuckle the driver and the front passenger seatbelts. Place the ignition in the RUN mode (do not start the engine). Wait until the seatbelt warning indicator turns off (approximately 1 minute). NOTE: This step must be completed within 30 seconds after the seatbelt warning indicator turns off (step 6). 2. Posted June 7, 2017. Hi all, This is something that keeps happening for a while but just want to check if it's fixable before taking it to the mechanics. I have a Ford Fiesta Zetec Climate 2007 (UK) The "passenger door open" warning keeps appearing but the door is closed. It can be fixed when I open/close the door a couple of times.
