Our 2013 Kia Sportage 1.7 CRDi has recently developed a problem with gear selection. This is specifically affecting the selection of first gear, whether from neutral or any other gear, and it is also difficult to get out of reverse. The Cee'd Sportswagon originally was offered with a choice of 89bhp 1.4-litre and 126bhp 1.6-litre diesel engines and a 99bhp 1.4-litre petrol.
Hi, I have a problem where my cee'd is difficult to start in the morning. It turns over fast and doesn't slow over the time it takes to start. No excessive smoking, it splutters for a split second when it does start but then runs perfectly fine. It's done about 85k now and it's had this problem since the beginning of the year.

Get 25 mpg start and stop every 200 meters. Going to town on a longer stretch 30mph roads i can get 35 mpg easy. Issues: doors started grinding, rear seats as well. Sorted with lubricant spray
